Text replacement casing in suggestions chip
Follow up to #B12
The chip offering the replacement text should reflect, how exactly it will be inserted in terms of casing.
E.g. text replacement configured in settings:
omw -> on my way
When I type "Omw" the chip should display "On my way", when I, for instance shift cycle it to "OMW" the chip should show "ON MY WAY".

@muleluku well this already works, but do you have a problem with it? or is it old?
As of 424, it inserts the replacement text with appropriate casing depending on the casing of the typed shortcut. But the chip in the suggestion bar does not preview exactly the casing of what will be inserted.
@muleluku fixed for build 425, and it'll be in 2.1.3 on the App Store. the chip now goes through the same casing as the insert, so Omw shows "On my way", and when you shift-cycle to OMW it redraws to "ON MY WAY".
caps lock counts too. a single-letter trigger like u with caps lock on shows "YOU", and turning caps lock off redraws it to "You" without typing anything. if the expansion matches a regular suggestion in the bar, you get one chip instead of two. email and URL replacements stay exactly as saved in the chip, same as when they're inserted, and sensitive shortcuts still show only their name.
Working as advertised. Email addresses not being uppercased is a welcome addition as well.
