@MuffinMonster added it: there's a new Bold text switch in Appearance & feel → Key style, free. It makes the letters on the keys heavier, and the suggestions in the bar too. The long-press symbols in the corners stay as they are, those have their own Emphasize hint symbols switch.
If you already have Bold Text turned on in iOS Accessibility settings, the keyboard now follows it even without the switch.
It'll be in 2.1.3, the next App Store update.
The bold text enabled in the ios accessibility settings is larger than the native keyboard.
And it looks great too.
It's very different, I use the native ios bold. Efkey's bold turned out good.
