Allow Domain Keys to Be Movable and Reorderable in Keyboard Settings

What would you like?

Currently, certain domain keys in the keyboard layout are fixed in place. Users are unable to move them up, down, or reorder them alongside other top-section keys. To improve keyboard personalization and user efficiency, all keys located in the top section should follow the same interaction rules and allow reordering.

• All keys in the top section of the keyboard configuration (including domain keys) should be movable and reorderable.
• Users should be able to drag domain keys to any valid position in the key layout.

Why it would help

• Enhanced Personalization: Allows users to arrange frequently used domain shortcuts according to their preferred typing habits.
• Consistent UX: Eliminates confusing behavior where some keys in the same section are editable while others are arbitrarily locked.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Domain keys can be selected, dragged, and dropped to new positions within the top section.
• [ ] Keyboard layout settings persist after moving/reordering domain keys.
• [ ] Reset/Default layout option restores domain keys to their default positions if needed.
