Inheriting the keyboard layout language to dictation mode

I suggest to set the language of the dictation to the same language as the typing layout from which we switch to the dictation mode.

for example, we type in English, then switch to the dictation mode, but the language can be another one. Therefore, we need to spend time to switch the language of dictation to English. To avoid it would be good to set the language of dictation the same as the language we just typed.
