"Emphasize hint symbols" setting can be disabled if hints are hidden
When "Long-press hints" setting is set to "none", disable the "Emphasize hint symbols" setting, it doesn't affect anything if no hints are shown.

@muleluku done for build 425, and it'll be in 2.1.3 on the App Store. With Long-press hints set to None the Emphasize toggle is now greyed out with a short line underneath saying why. It stays active on Numbers only, since there it still makes the digits bolder. Your saved choice is kept, so switching hints back on brings it back as you left it.
