Automatic Bracket and Quotation Mark Pairing Setting

Add a setting to enable automatic pairing of brackets and quotation marks. When a user types an opening character, the keyboard should automatically insert the corresponding closing character.

Supported pairs:

• Brackets: (), [], {}
• Quotation marks: "", “”
• Angle brackets: <>

The cursor should remain between the opening and closing characters.

Why it would help

It would reduce repetitive keystrokes and help prevent unclosed brackets and quotation marks. A dedicated setting would let users enable or disable this behavior according to their preferences.
