Separate Toggles for Ukrainian Apostrophe and Ґ in Language Extra Keys

Please provide separate settings for the Ukrainian apostrophe (’) and the letter ґ under “Language extra keys”. This would allow users to enable or disable each character independently instead of treating them as a single option.

Why it would help

The apostrophe (’) is used frequently in Ukrainian spelling, while the letter ґ is much less common. Separate toggles would let users keep the apostrophe easily accessible while disabling ґ if they rarely need it, making the keyboard more convenient for everyday Ukrainian typing.
