Reduce Horizontal Cursor Sensitivity to 1 pt per Character

Would it be possible to reduce the minimum horizontal sensitivity to 1 pt per character instead of 3 pt per character? This would allow for more precise and smoother cursor movement when dragging the spacebar, making it easier to position the cursor.

Honestly, 3pt/char-the smallest value we’ve got right now feels kinda too sensitive. It zooms past several characters when you’re dragging the spacebar. Wouldn’t going with 1pt/char just make the cursor movement less precise.

@Zoltán the number was finger distance per character, so a lower value made the cursor faster, not more precise, and 3 pt was already the fastest end. In build 464 it's a speed slider: tortoise on the left is slow, hare on the right is fast. The slow end goes further than before, and at the slowest setting there's no acceleration at all, so every character takes the same finger distance. Same fix as #S498, so I'm closing this one as its duplicate.
