Append Date into Dictionary Backup

Adding a date to the filename during dictionary learned-data backups would be helpful, particularly when multiple copies are created during testing.

@OverClocked the backup always used the same file name, so every new copy looked identical and iOS offered to overwrite the old one. Fixed for build 464 (and the App Store update after 2.2.1): the learned data backup is now saved as EFKey-data-2026-10-19-0616.json with the date and time you made it, and the Diagnostics export gets the same treatment.
Date and time now appends to the filename. All good.
