Emoji search keyboard height

So the emoji section is the same height as the original keyboard, but when I search the emojis the keyboard shrinks. It should be the same height as the original keyboard to better maintain consistency among various sections.

@Nikhil.tom fixed in build 426, and it'll be in 2.1.3 on the App Store. Emoji search always switched to a 4-row keyboard without the number row, so it came out about 12 pt shorter than the one you type on. Now emoji and GIF search show the same keyboard, number row included if you have it on. Landscape still leaves it out, there's just not enough room there. The results strip also stays for the whole search, so the height no longer jumps when a search finds nothing. With the emoji bar on, results show up right where the bar is and the height matches exactly.
