Reduce the width of backspace and shift keys
What would you like?
We need to reduce the width of backspace and shift keys to match the stock and other 3rd party keyboards. There should be noticeable gap between the letter m and backspace, letter z and shift.
Why it would help
It’ll help reducing the accidental deletes while swiping and typing, especially with the swipe to delete gesture turned on. It’ll also help reduce friction with shift cycling.
Attached the images from stock and EFKey for comparison and adjustment.

@ilikered shift and backspace took up all the leftover space in that row, so there was only the normal 6 pt gap next to z and m. Fixed for build 459 (and 2.2.1 on the App Store): both keys are now about as wide as on the stock keyboard, with the same wider gap. The letters stay exactly where they were, and a tap in the gap goes to whichever key is closer.
Done indeed! Confirmed by images
This change doesn’t seem to reflect when the setting "Wider keys” is on.
@ilikered I had left Wider keys out of that change on purpose, so with it on shift and backspace still filled the row with only a 3 pt gap. Fixed for build 464 (and the next App Store update after 2.2.1): with Wider keys on they're narrowed the same way, about 1.3 letters wide with a clear gap next to z and m, and the letters stay where they are.
