Learn frequent phrases and the emoji typed after a word

Split from #B331 by @Yah, points 2 and 3 there. The number row and the PC layout from that report are fixed in build 445.
Example phrase, typed almost every day: صباح الخير صديقي 🤝
- After صباح the bar offers الخير. That one comes from the built-in model.
- After الخير it never offers صديقي, even though it's typed after الخير every day. A word pair you type often has to get into the bar after a few repetitions, not after weeks.
- Learning should use the two previous words too, not just the last one, so a whole phrase can follow.
- After صديقي it never offers 🤝. Today emoji only show up in the bar while you're still typing a word, and only by keyword match. Wanted: remember the emoji you insert right after a word, and offer it after that word, also once the space is typed.
Not language-specific; Arabic is just where it was reported.

@Yah the keyboard only learned from the one word before, and a pair you type every day stayed weaker than the built-in suggestions, so صديقي never reached the bar. Fixed for build 447: it now learns from the two words before, so after صباح الخير your صديقي shows up from the second or third time, and an emoji you put after a word three times (🤝 after صديقي) is offered right after that word, also once the space is typed.
I tested both builds 447 and 448.
The phrase learning and emoji prediction issues were not actually resolved in build 447, but I can confirm that both are now working correctly in build 448!
