To open an iOS shortcut from the keyboard
Why it would help
I could hook up a shortcut to do a web search in a web view, which would be better than launching safari as it would keep me at the keyboard in the app I am currently in.
It would also open up a ton of other possibilities.

@gingerbeardman I dug into this and iOS won't let a keyboard run a shortcut in the background: it always switches you to the Shortcuts app, and since iOS 26.4 a keyboard can't tell which app it's in, so it can't bring you back either. That kills the one part you wanted, staying in the app you're typing in, so I'm closing this. Running the same shortcut from the Action button or Back Tap keeps you in the current app, which is the closest iOS gets.
