@gingerbeardman EFKey already has it, it's just off by default. Turn on "Allow one-handed mode" in the app under Settings → Keyboard, pick left or right, and a one-handed icon shows up in the toolbar. One tap squeezes the keyboard to 80% width on that side, and swipe typing works the same there. It's part of Pro, so without it the switch opens the upgrade screen.

I often switch between normal mode, one handed left/right, so I really appreciate this feature!
