Put the shortcuts for native iOS text replacements not behind pro

This is just a reminder to put the shortcuts settings that only involve the native iOS text replacements not be behind the pro pay wall.

Why it would help

Gives all users access to the settings so that they can use the native iOS text replacement. The shortcuts for EFkey specifically can still remain as a pro feature.
