Need an Option to Block Offensive Words

@OverClocked right now there's no filter at all, so anything in the dictionary can show up as a suggestion, swear words included. A "Block offensive words" switch is planned as part of the language work I'm doing next. The dictionaries don't mark these words reliably, so I'll need a proper word list for each language first. The plan is that it only stops suggesting them. If you type the word yourself it stays as you wrote it. Until then you can long-press a suggestion to block that one word.
