@alphaec004 2.1.3, the next App Store update, adds key press animations under Style › Key press animation: Jump, Press in, Bounce, Fade and Ripple, each with a live preview. There's also a Speed setting with Fast, Normal, Slow and Very slow. Speed only changes what happens after you lift your finger. The part under your finger stays quick on purpose, because a normal tap is over in about a tenth of a second and a slower start would make the effect smaller, not bigger. The animations are part of Pro.
If you meant the character preview that pops up above the key in the current version, tell me and I'll look at that separately. This setting doesn't cover it.

It works pretty well
I was testing this, and I couldn’t notice the difference between normal and fast. Fast still seems to slow for me.
Also, slow and very slow also seemed very identical.
Could you add a description with the ms on the bottom?
They seem not very far apart from each other.
