@alphaec004 added it: Style → Key size → Letter size, a slider from 85% to 130%. It changes the letters on the keys; 123, return, shift and the space bar stay the same size. On a small phone or with a low keyboard height the top settings can come out a bit smaller than the slider says, because I stop the letter before it runs into the symbol hint or the edge of the key. Making the keyboard taller gives it more room. It will be in 2.1.3, the next App Store update.
