Clipboard: smaller grid, custom categories with labels, reorderable chips

Done Tools (translate, AI, dictation, clipboard, GIF, emoji) build 425

The clipboard tiles were way too big. On a Pro Max you could see 3 or 4 items at once. The grid now fits as many columns as it can with tiles at least 72 pt wide, minimum 4: that's 4 on SE and 6.1" phones, 5 on Pro Max, around 10 in landscape. The type icon and the pin sit inline at the start of the text now, so text starts at the top of the tile instead of under an empty strip.

Custom categories. You make your own and name them whatever you want. Long-press an item, pick Add to category…, then choose one or create a new one right there. The name is typed with the normal keyboard into a field in the bar, and the recent emoji above it go into the name too. An item in a category is always pinned. The Pinned chip now shows only pinned items that aren't in a category, so nothing shows up twice.

Labels. Long-press a pinned item and add a label, for example "VAT ID" above the number. It shows in bold above the text, and on images as a caption. Useful when one category holds several similar values.

Bulk clearing never touches categories. That goes for the trash in the panel (even with "Also delete pinned" checked), Clear history in the app and clearing images. Deleting a category keeps its items, they just go back to Pinned.

Every chip in the bottom row can be moved: hold it and drag it sideways. Near the edge the row scrolls by itself, so you can move a chip to a spot that's off screen. The + chip always stays last. Holding a category chip without moving opens Rename / Delete. The order is saved, and a chip that disappears for a while (Links when there are no links) comes back where you put it.

In the app: Settings → Clipboard → Categories. Create, reorder and delete categories, add items by hand without copying them first, edit text and labels. Items added by hand don't count as the last thing you copied, so the paste-last-copied gesture still pastes what you actually copied.

What to test:

  • create a category from the keyboard via long-press on an item, then check the panel opens on it
  • add and edit a label, then remove it by saving an empty one
  • drag chips around, including to a spot off screen on a small phone, then reopen the clipboard and check the order stuck
  • hold a category chip without moving (menu should appear) and do a normal swipe along the row (it should only scroll)
  • clear the clipboard with "Also delete pinned" checked and check your categories are still there
