Need a way to add single letter words to learned words
What would you like?
Add single letters to the list of learned words by editing the list directly and maybe also when the user selects it explicitly from the suggestions.
Why it would help
Single letters that EFKey does not already recognize as valid words of the chosen languages might still be valid words in slang or dialects that the user uses frequently. It would be nicer if they weren't shown in quotes in the suggestions as unknown words when typed, but rather in the middle as a known and valid word.

@muleluku single letters can be learned now, it's in build 428 and will be in 2.1.3 on the App Store. Two ways: add it in Learned words with the + button, or tap the letter while it's in quotes on the left of the bar. After that it shows in the middle as a known word. Typing a letter on its own still won't learn it, even after many times, otherwise initials and list markers like "a)" would end up in the list. "i" is the one exception because of the i → I rule.
When I type a single letter and choose the quoted suggestion, it is added to learned words and I can find it in the list. But as soon as I backspace over the one letter word, it gets unlearned, not to be found in the list and not appearing bold in the suggestions anymore.
@muleluku backspacing right after the tap is treated as "take it back", so a mis-tapped word doesn't stay learned. The bug was that deleting through the space left a hidden leftover count behind. Fixed for build 431 (2.1.3 on the App Store): the word is cleanly undone. It stays learned if you type on after tapping it, and a letter added with + in Learned words is never removed by backspace.
Same behaviour, still. Once I backspace over it, it is unlearned.
@muleluku backspace taking back the tap was on purpose, and it was the wrong call. Fixed for build 432 (and 2.1.3 on the App Store): anything you tap in quotes stays learned no matter what you delete afterwards, single letters and longer words alike. If you tap one by mistake, hold it in the bar and choose Remove.
