Add 1st 2nd 3rd 4th etc as long-press options

For the Spanish language, if you long press a number you get to see 1 1º, 1ª, 2º, 2ª which is really helpful. But in English and other languages that would also be really helpful, think of 1st, 2nd, , 3rd, and in Dutch: 1e (with a higher positioned e), 2e, 3e, 4e.
Why it would help
To type quicker. But I guess it involves quite some work for all languages. Simplest is Dutch perhaps.

@Ed I'm putting this one on hold for a bit. I'm planning a bigger long-press customization update, and ordinals belong in it, so I'd rather build them there once than hardcode 1st/2nd/3rd per language now and redo it later. Dutch is the easy one since 1e, 2e, 3e all take the same ending. English is messier: holding 1 gives 1st, which is fine for 21st, but 11th, 12th and 13th would still have to be typed by hand.
