@starmega05 which swipe fires when you type fast? Is it a whole word showing up instead of the letters you tapped, a symbol from the corner of a key, or something on the spacebar? If it's the whole word and you don't swipe-type at all, turning off Swipe to type in the EFKey app (Typing tab) stops it right away. There's no sensitivity setting and I'd rather not add one; the fix belongs in how the keyboard tells a fast tap from a swipe, and I need to know which swipe it is to aim it right.
It’s more like the long press not the swipe, I upped the sensitivity to see if it helps, will report back...it was at. 20 dont remember if it was default
@starmega05 that explains it. The default long-press duration is 0.30 s, so at 0.20 s a tap that lingers on the key just a bit too long already counts as a hold and opens the accents. Try 0.30 or 0.35, it's in the EFKey app under Long-press keys › Long-press duration.
@starmega05 there was no way to tell from the slider whether 0.20 was the default, so in 2.2.1, the next App Store update, the default value shows under it, and a Reset button appears whenever you've moved it away from the default.
