@bruhdepartment in 2.1.3 the crisp and strong styles drew part of the edge inside the top of the key, and on narrow keys like the Cyrillic rows the key and its shadow also used two slightly different corner shapes. Both are fixed in 2.2, which went live on the App Store today, so you can update now: the edge sits only under the key and follows its corners.
