@Laice the app asked iPadOS to run full screen, so the system added the empty space on both sides of the iPhone-sized window to the scrollbar's margins and pushed it into the middle. Everything else is laid out against the window itself, which is why only the scrollbar was off. This will be in 2.2, the next App Store update: the scrollbar is back on the right edge.
