Steps to reproduce

  1. Type in a url that auto complete. For example <https://feedback.efkey.app/new?type=bug>
  2. Backspace/delete to real ed after .app (.com etc)
  3. It just moves the highlight instead of deleting. Using space removes it instead

What I expected

Expect to be able to delete and not highlight the url

I think that's just how Safari behaves, rather than something that EFKey has under its control, this has been annoying me since forever. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean exactly.

Maybe you can try it with the native keyboard as well and report back?

Or maybe attach a video to clarify the issue a bit more?

This is an iOS bug, and also the third post on the same issue. A third party keyboard cannot rectify this. Please refer #b361.

Bugs that are iOS limitations are also listed on the feedback home page.
